Hallo zusammen, überprüft doch mal, ob alles noch so ist, wie insbesondere in https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/De/HBCI#Benutzer_und_Konten_verbinden und https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/De/HBCI#Fehlersuche beschrieben.
Eventuell müßte mal die Lage relevanter Dateien innerhalb des Flatpak-Sandkastens dokumentiert werden.
