You shouldn’t need a report for this.

If you want to move a handful of transactions, just open Expenses:Unallocated
and re-assign the split for that account to Expenses:Household on each
transaction.

As you do so, they’ll disappear from the current register view. (because they
are no longer tied to it)

When there are no more transactions that you want to move, you’re done.

However, if you want to move *all* of Expenses:Unallocated to
Expenses:Household (and not just some of them) then you can just delete
Expenses:Unallocated and GnuCash will ask you what you want to do with the
transactions it contains. Choose the option to move them to Expenses:Household.
It will do them all at once.

If the unallocated account is quite large and you only want to move a subset of
Expenses:Unallocated, say involving a certain Payee, you can do a Find first to
show you the subset of transactions you want, then use the first method from
the search results tab and re-assign until they are all gone.

*Note, I use Transaction Journal view at all times rather than auto-split. I
find it easier to scroll and glance than to have to touch each transaction I
want to see split detail for.

Adrien
