Ok, I see. The problem is likely your csv file doesn't provide a transaction currency. In that case the currency of the first split will be used as transaction currency. That would not work correctly in your case as the first line is actually in the foreign currency (with exchange rate).
I haven't tested yet, but you could try two things: - Either add a column that sets the transaction currency - Or swap the split data such that the split in the native currency is the first in the transaction. I vaguely remember this issue was mentioned in the past, but I don't know if there is a bug report for this already. Can you please file one in bugzilla [1] ? Thank you.
