Log on to your GnuCash mailman account and change your preferences. There is an option to only receive one copy if you are also in the To: or CC: fields. Mailman can’t stop the independently sent copies, but it won’t send you one from itself in that case.
I’ve been busy all weekend and yesterday and between both the User and Dev lists I think I had 22 messages unread. So you certainly should not be seeing hundreds.
