OMG, a light bulb moment! My sincere apologies to everyone for wasting their time on a non-existent problem. *Of course* I had been using TRANSACTION Copy/Cut and Paste successfully not EDIT Copy/Cut and Paste. I can only put this down to my rapidly declining brain cells over the years. Once again, thank you all for your patience and the developers for a great and very useful program. Cheers
