Hi Randix, The first line in there hints at the issue: the settings portal is missing. If I understand correctly that portal is provided by the xdg-desktop-portal package on linux. Is it installed on your pixel in their linux subsystem ?
Note that on Chromebooks the linux support itself is an addon to the base system so it may have additional restrictions causing this not to work.
