Ok. In that case the current cash flow report is not what you're looking for. It's not compliant at all with IFRS for SME as far as I understand. In addition I don't think the proposed changes in https://bugs.gnucash.org/ show_bug.cgi?id=797093 are sufficient to fix that. The report simply does something else than its name implies.
