Hello. I just had to reinstall strawberry Perl on windows 10. I just downloaded the 64 bit version and installed it. Then make sure both it’s perl/bin and the c/bin directories are in your path. I had to add the c/bin manually. Without it cpan was unable to build correctly.
After I installed Date::Manip and Finance::Quote GC was able to down my quotes per usual. I use yahoo-Json as my quote source.
