A trial balance *should* show all accounts. Otherwise, the result might not 
balance. (It should by default only show those with balances, but you can 
control showing zero balance accounts on the Display tab)

But in any report, you can click the `Options` button, click the Accounts tab 
and select the accounts you want to include in the report. Be mindful of the 
Show Hidden Accounts checkbox if that is relevant, and also the Sub Account 
Levels drop down. I usually prefer ‘All’ for this setting in most reports so I 
don’t have to worry about something not being included.
