In previous versions of GnuCash, a transfer between accounts of different currencies always opened a window before recording that allowed you to set the exchange rate. In 3.5 that window doesn't appear so the transfer is recorded at the last exchange rate. I can't find a setting to restore this action or where to set the exchange rate. Since the exchange rate fluctuates day-to-day, that popup window is very handy. Is it gone forever? If not, how do I get it back? Barring that option, how do I change the exchange rate?
Intermediate solution is to change the amount in the accounting entry.
