OFX/QFX is the Open Financial eXchange (and a quicken variant). GnuCash can import this. However, QXF is the Quicken eXchange Format, which is their new, proprietary storage format. GnuCash cannot import QXF. Are you sure your bank is exporting QFX and not QXF? Also, could you get quicken to export QIF?
