This is the begging of the entire terminal on the build..... dennis@dennis-HP-Pavilion-Laptop-15-cc0xx:~$ cd /home/dennis/Applications
dennis@dennis-HP-Pavilion-Laptop-15-cc0xx:~/Applications$ mkdir build-gnucash-3.1 dennis@dennis-HP-Pavilion-Laptop-15-cc0xx:~/Applications$ ls build-gnucash-3.1 gnucash-3.1 dennis@dennis-HP-Pavilion-Laptop-15-cc0xx:~/Applications$ cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/dennis/.local/home/dennis/Applications/gnucash-3.1 CMake Error: The source directory "/home/dennis/Applications" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt. Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI. Eventually, I was able to build GC.... I was VERY confused on the cmake command and went off of suggestions from this list back then.
