Thanks everyone. I copied all the referenced files and folders, but the account colors did not come across. I'm copying from Ubuntu 18.10 to 18.10.
One missing directory that I did not have compared to the FAQ was HOME/.local/share/gtk-3.0. It doesn't exist. (I did copy HOME/.config/gtk-3.0 however.)
