Please remember to always reply to the mailing list instead of individuals. That way you are much more likely to get a helpful answer. In order to reply to the mailing list you can use the "Reply to all" or "Reply to list" buttons or menu items in your e-mail program. I realize some clients tend to hide these options, but if you look carefully you will always find some function to do so.
