From within gnucash, use File->Open. Double clicking doesn't work on MacOS.

When I double click on gnu-P-4.gnucash.20181220083434.gnucash , however, what opens (judging from the name at the top of the main window) is gnu-P-4.gnucash.20161010002912.gnucash , which is the OLDEST file in the folder. I tried this several times. What am I doing wrong? I'm using macOS 10.14.2 , and I just upgraded from gnucash 2.6.19 to 3.4.1 (I forgot to quit the dbus-daemon , if that is still recommended. Just now I looked in ActivityMonitor and do not see it.) Thanks!!
