GnuCash source code doesn’t have a “Failed Import” message, and the only “there was an error” message is in the CSV importer, not the QIF one. How about a screenshot showing what GnuCash really displayed? Be sure to put it at the end of the message or use a link to something like Pastebin: The list server doesn’t like inline images. You can also take a look at the trace file (https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile <https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile>) to see if there are any clues.
