To be more clear, you need to either double-click on or click-and-drag the 
right-hand divider for the Transfer Account in the column headers. With the 
column completely collapsed it will appear to be the divider between the 
Description and Reconcile (“R”) columns. Try approaching slowly, one pixel at a 
time, with your mouse from the right and clicking as soon as the cursor changes 
from the pointer to the resize icon. Depending on how steady your hand is it 
might take a few tries. You might try setting the display to Scaled>Larger Text 
in System Preferences>Displays to make the pixels a bit bigger.
