My wife's monthly payroll scheduled transaction has about fifteen items in it. The net total is zero. One thing I do is change the NAME of the scheduled transactions to indicate things I look for. For example, for the phone bill transaction I have the date the statement closes and the date it's due in the name of the transaction. For my domain registrations the name of the transaction includes the registrar and the domain name. NOTE that the NAME of the scheduled transaction that appears in the Since Last Run... dialog and in the Scheduled Transaction Editor is completely independent of the entries in the scheduled transaction template. So you can use the name to indicate other helpful things. For example, I added scheduled transactions to help me remember to download my online statements on the days they close throughout the month. Most of those don't have ANY actual transactions in the transaction template, because they don't represent an actual transaction. > ----- > Please remember to CC this list on all your replies. > You can do this by using Reply-To-List or Reply-All. > _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list gnucash-user@gnucash.org To update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe: https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user If you are using Nabble or Gmane, please see https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Mailing_Lists for more information. ----- Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
