Glenn, if you mean seeing the accounts and reports and you are running on Windows 10 take a look in c:\users\FamilyUser\.gnucash\books There should be a file with the same name as the gnucash file with a .gcm extension added. i.e. If the gnucash file is MyBooks.gnucash look for a file named MyBooks.gnucash.gcm Exit gnucash. Copy the .gcm file to c:\users\NewUser\.gnucash\books\ Start gnucash. The same accounts and reports should be visible now.
