Do I follow the same directions to upgrade Gnucash 2.6.x to 3.1 as I did to compile gnucash 3.1..... I have another desktop that is running Ubuntu 16.04LTS and want to get it up to speed on to 3.1..... I’m assuming it will just overwrite the existing install, or do I need to uninstall 2.6.x?
