Hi David, and thanks for a quick reply. I am running GnuCash v3.0, git3.0+, build 2018-4-01; Windows 10 Pro 64 bit v1709.
In gnucash I simply did Actions/Online Actions/Get Transactions, specified a date, and it downloaded 12 of 13 transactions that the bank had which were dated after the last date in the imported GIF file. Once I saw that I was missing a transaction I started Quicken and downloaded transactions into it just for comparison. Quicken had all 13 transactions. Today I again used the Gnucash Get Transactions. There was only one new transaction and it downloaded properly. This is certainly not a show stopper and I think GnuCash is great, but it is worrysome.
