I think you are saying that the CSV export from GnuCash 3.0 does not import correctly into GnuCash for Android.
I am not sure if that is an export problem or if it is a GnuCash for Android import problem. Were you able to do the same thing by another method with GnuCash release 2.6.19 or earlier?
