I was initially perplexed by this, and then I realized: I'm using a customized version of the "Tax Invoice" report, which is the only invoice report that doesn't include the option that you're referring to. This seems to be because this report shows taxes beside each invoice item, as well as at the end as a total, which I guess is reasonable. The only reason I'm using "tax invoice" in particular is that it was the only one for which I could easily locate the eguile source to customize it, whereas I could not figure out how to edit the other invoice reports. You've already helped more than enough, but if you have any pointers on how I can incorporate an arbitrary css style into one of the other invoices, the way tax invoice allows in its options, I'd be grateful.
