I understand that you're frustrated when you encounter bugs, but please remember, Gnucash is developed by volunteers. They are developing software and fixing bugs because they enjoy it, they are not, as far as I know, under any contractual obligation to you. With that in mind, if you want someone to feel motivated to fix a bug, a polite message that details how to reproduce the bug would have better results than the message you sent.
