I am just a gatekeeper of TranslationProject zh_CN team when gnucash zh_CN translation is hosted on TranslationProject.org and I am not a contributor to gnucash. If the zh_CN gnucash contributors decide to host the translation elsewhere, their choice should be the final decision.
