Yes, Mike Alexander noticed it and filed 
https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=797067 yesterday. I think there's a 
good chance it's the same ICU bug as the one in the "Test Failure" thread but I 
haven't yet had a chance to test it.
