As far as I know glade (the tool) will only be able to work with files in gnucash/gtkbuilder. gnucash/glade does not exist in my git clone. I wonder if it exists on your system and if so I wonder why. gnucash/ui does contain menu definitions also written in xml but my glade tool won't open them.
