Geert, I have submitted two separate bugs—one for the Scrub Lots issue (bug 778480), the other for the more general issue of editing splits for Placeholder accounts (bug 778481). I think the two are related, but probably better addressed separately. Offhand, I don’t know if there are other such situations.
