When I put this in, I accidentally committed the Overview without the related Glossary change, thus creating a broken reference. I caught it immediately and committed the glossary change as well in a second commit. Geert “squashed” the two commits (his term) before committing; is it possible that somehow the first commit went through, but the second didn’t? Otherwise, it’s a pretty minor change.
