Thanks for fixing it. Just out of curiosity, what version of gcc are you
using? I didn't get this error using 4.7 on MacOSX. I'll have to admit that I
didn't really know whether adding this unconditionally was the right thing or
not, but that's what the code was trying to do so that's what I made it do.
