I don't know what python and readline are doing together to create this
situation, but I'm thinking of another way to work around it:
Can you remove the this line
{ "gnucash/python", 0, TRUE },
from src/bin/gnucash-bin.c (line 465 in my current working directory)
and build gnucash with that change ?
And please report back if this fixes the issue.
