Thanks for your patch. It appears to have gone unnoticed until now.
Before I apply it I'd like the opinion of some other core devs on this:
is there a reason we hard code the dbd search path instead of relying on
pkg-config ? I'm tempted to drop /usr/lib/dbd:/usr/lib64/dbd:
${libdir}/dbd and only keep the pkg-config bit added by Sébastien. Or
would that break on some of the supported platforms ?
