Great! A wiki page like that was what I was looking for. I'm surprised this page didn't show up when searching in the wiki for "test" or "unittest", but I've added redirections for both words now. Also, even though the glib page for Testing (your first URL) introduces the available functions for the C side, it doesn't mention how the resulting executables will be called from the command line. But your additional hint is sufficient now. Thanks!
