Is the build server broken? What can we do to get it running again?
I tried to connect to the vmware server through the firefox plugin, but the
connection was reset just seconds after the management console window
appeared. Since then, the login screen does not show up any longer.

I could log in to the build server, so I checked what's going on. It
appears the htmlhelp compiler is having problems with our current
documentation. There were 6 or so crash windows waiting to be confirmed.
I haven't checked yet what exactly is killing the htmlhelp compiler.
We've had this in the past as well though.
