Why are you continuing after an error? Do you think that the dependencies are built just to waste time? Run jhbuild build again, but when it stops for failing autoreconf on gtk+, select "wipe directory" and reply "yes" when it asks if you're sure. If it stops again, copy the output starting with the "yes".
