It looks like the vmware management interface crashed. (I really need to
look into a new/better VM hosting solution, considering vmware-server was
EOLed in June). I restarted the management interface so now it should
connect.
I've run reset.sh from /c/soft-2,4/packaging. Is there somewhere else it
needs to be run?
