This is a user question, please use the users list, gnucash-us...@gnucash.org. Before you post again there, please make sure that you've tried all of the solutions in the FAQ [1][2][3]. Do a short run of Gnucash where you open it, try to get quotes, and quit immediately, then look in the tracefile [4] to see if there are any error messages.
