OK, all of that's committed. Make distcheck now works on both Mac and Linux. Yay!
Next, I want to get rid of all of the errors from calling ENTER and LEAVE when QOFLog hasn't been inited. Easy enough in C, but I don't see a way to init QOFLog from Scheme. Anybody know of one?
