Hello, Thank you for developing such a beautiful software. I have been using it along side with quickbooks trying to get away from quickbooks by learning its features and capabilities. I would like to recommend a couple of changes/or features: 1- One feature that is missing (may be it is there and i am not aware of it) is when there is a sale and a discount is applied to it that discount should get into the discount acount as an expense for the business. Right now when I give a discount i have to enter it manually in my discount account which is an expense to the business. 2- The invoice works well for those who will pay later, however, for cash paying customers it is nice to have a receipt that can be completed and provided to the customer. I understand i can use the invoice form for this purpose but there are several extra steps that have to be done in order to completer the invoice as paid.
I run your program on MacOS X 10.6 at present. A coupole of misc issues: 1- I have a custom form that i use for my invoices, however, every time i print a new invoice it always default to the plain form and does not default to the custom form even though i have set my custom form as default. 2- The behavior / interface for customizing forms is very unstable and erratic in MAc OS (at least my version). The windows and tabs behave erratically and they have to be stretched in order to see the titles, or boxes, etc. Thank you for taking your time to read these and possibly implementing them into the program.
