This is not the place to submit bug reports. We use the Gnome Bugzilla Facility. You can search for existing bugs[1] or report new ones [2] there. However there's no indication in your attachments that this problem has anything to do with Gnucash. You'll need to report it instead to your Linux distribution packager, in this case Ubuntu. They'll be able to work out what is actually failing, and if it's our fault they'll undoubtedly open a bug report that gives us something with which we can work.
