The trac instance of GNUCASH http://svn.gnucash.org/trac shows broken diff-s for translations: http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/19675 The reason is that is configured to show files as iso8859-1 encoded.
Ways to resolve: 1. Declare all files to be treated as UTF-8 encoded in Trac Put line: default_charset = utf-8 in [trac] in conf/trac.ini 2.
