Is this going to cater for those of us that have changed our CMD file to set
a HOME folder so that the gnucash .folders are created under AppData and not
in our User folder? or for that matter any of the other SET commands that
the cmd file sets up? If the CMD file is going to become redundant will
there be another way to set these paths, and variables?
