Any chance it could be combined with a key such as Ctrl+Left Mouse Drag? I see the usefulness in the feature but I'd be afraid of accidentally moving accounts around if all it takes is a single click and drag, especially since you really shouldn't need this feature (often) once you have your accounts set up the way you want them.
