patch, but removed the option to even have one (see changes to
packaging/win32/install.sh). Any idea why?
Well, he upgraded to AqB 3.8.3 which doesn't need the patch we have.
As for why he removed the option to HAVE a patch, well, we shouldn't
be patching if we can avoid it.
