Yes. I've been using it for years on my macs. see http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/MacOSXInstallation Though some of that is a little dated.
Basically, you should plan on using Fink or Macports to provide a path to a working gnucash. Several folks have even built gnucash using gtk- aqua instead of the x11 variety (http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/MacOSX/Quartz )
