Dear gnucash team,

hope this email finds you well. I decided to use gnucash
to pin down the financial movements of a small bussines
in Brazil. The challenge is to configure a tax table for this
unique system (sarcasm).

1. TAX TABLE
There is no proper aggregated value tax, it is broken down
to a sales and industrialization tax (the info is not absolutely
precise), sometimes both apply and the sales tax is calculated
bottom down. On top of it, you can have a nesting of taxes, so you
pay taxes over taxes over taxes.

Comming to the point, it is useless to try implement this (also because
regulations change all the time), but I think there is a workaround:

Is there a way to allow negative percentage values for a tax?

This way one would be able to perform "corrections" which can be
dumped into a trash account but still get the right figures for
the other ones.

2. ROUNDING
Can an option "rounding" be created?

The user could choose between rounding up, rounding down or no rounding
at all.

Muito obrigado and best regards,

Andreas
