Code for this has been committed to the branch "aqbanking3" of gnucash. Your way of helping is to checkout the current state of the aqbanking3 branch from SVN, compile it, and see whether it works. See http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/SVN for SVN, and use the URL http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/branches/aqbanking3 Please report back which of the online banking parts are already working and which ones are not.
