I admit, #2 seems somewhat of a long shot, guess it's time to try my own
medicine. *tries a dist.sh run with all caps path/actual path mixed
case*..succeeds :S. Ok, so it seems we can strike out #2.

Maybe I'm being a bit thick here...but where does $MINGW_DIR come into the
picture? I thought the process was: install QT (with mingwm10.dll) -->
generate gnucash.iss (using QTDIR to specify path to mingwm10.dll) --> have
Inno package c:/qt/4.2.3/bin\mingwm10.dll
