Sounds like gcc wasn't installed properly (or you are running into permission problems/different path problems). gcc is trying to execute cc1.exe but can't find it in your path. For me, it is in C:\MinGW\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.2 ..try finding it and adding it to your path.
