I took a look at the 0.2.1 version of goffice, and it looks like the only functions that the STF code calls that are missing are two functions in the header that's also missing (go_locale.h). I haven't yet had a chance to see how well those functions would behave if they were copied and used with 0.2.1. If it turns out those functions can't easily be isolated, I might try copying STF code out of an older version of Gnumeric, which would also rely on an older version of goffice. In any case, I'll figure out a way to get it working with the 0.2 goffice. Thanks everyone for your help with getting the menu entry. I did end up copying the OFX module as a template; it took me a bit of fiddling but I've got it working now.
